We design our pieces to the highest standards and want your shopping experience to reflect this commitment.
That’s why we’ve put in place a simple, transparent returns policy designed to give you complete peace of mind.

Timeframes & Procedure

From the date of receipt of your order, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to inform us of your wish to exchange or request a refund by contacting our customer service team at the following address: hello@chefdefile.com

Once your request has been registered, you have a further seven (7) calendar days to return the product in question.

Return conditions

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns apply exclusively to products purchased on our official website https://chefdefile.com.
    For any purchase made from a retailer, please contact the relevant point of sale directly.

 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with no alterations or signs of use, and in their original packaging.

 

  • Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded, including those purchased as part of a personalised pre-order.

Return Costs

However, these costs are covered in full by Chef de File in the following situations:

  • The product is faulty or requires attention from our after-sales service and has never been worn. (Please send us photos to help us assess the issue).

 

  • An error in order preparation is attributable to our teams.
