Return method

CHEF DE FILE COLLECTION always seeks to offer products of high technicality and quality.

All products in our collections are governed by our return policy and terms of sale. For hygienic reasons, some products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

However, it is possible to return a product and be reimbursed for unused products, if the product has a major design defect. The following are considered major defects:
- A problem that would have prevented the customer(s) from purchasing the product if they had known about it.
- Does not meet expectations and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time
- Creates a dangerous situation during its normal use.

If the problem is not major, we can solve it in a reasonable time.
Please keep your invoices, tickets, and proof of purchase, they will be requested when reporting a problem.

Please specify the source of the problem, your order reference, your name, first name, address, and a copy of your proof of purchase and invoice. Also specify important or judicious information that can help solve the problem. (Size, color...)

Keep a copy of your proofs of delivery before sending them back to us.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products on sale, discounts, coupons. Please contact us for a case by case resolution.
